Mr. Davis has been with Colorado Capital Bank since 2002; his career in the banking industry spans over 36 years. His responsibilities include administration, credit, finance, and business development for the bank. He spent three years in the U.S. Army, attaining the rank of Captain, Military Intelligence, Special Forces (Green Berets). He graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Masters of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics. Mr. Hovey has been with Colorado Capital Bank since 2005; his career in the finance industry spans over 23 years. He is responsible for the management oversight of our Vail Valley locations. He graduated from the University of Missouri, receiving a double major in Mathematics and English Literature. Doug’s expertise is in the design, development and review of estate and business continuity plans for successful individuals, families and closely-held businesses. Doug has significant technical knowledge and experience in the areas of estate and wealth transfer planning, business continuity and exit planning, income, gift, estate and multi-generational tax planning, charitable planning and asset protection planning. Doug received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami in Florida and graduated cum laude from the University of Northern Colorado with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. Prior to joining Colorado Capital Bank, Doug was the Director of Design for a premier estate and business succession-planning firm.
